Doors Open takes place June 3 and 4th 2017 in the City of Owen Sound. This event gives the public an opportunity to explore some of the city’s most interesting places. The doors will be open at multiple sites across the city, offering FREE and rare access to historically, architecturally, culturally and socially significant buildings. This year the city will feature a variety of sites that celebrate 160 years of Owen Sound and 150 years of Canada. Duolingo is a free language learning app that is fun and simple to use. Duolingo is designed like a game making it an excellent tool for visual learners. Duolingo users set personal goals, track their progress and are awarded for completing lessons. The app allows you to select your first language and the language you want to learn.
