2-1-1 is a telephone helpline and website that connects people to information and services in Canada. In Ontario, Syrian refugees can contact 211 to learn about available supports. The data base is frequently being updated to include up-to-date information about local services. 211 provides information in more than 100 languages and is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
