June 21 is National Aboriginal Day. It is a day to recognize the heritage, culture and contributions of the First NationsInuit and Métis peoples. Nation Aboriginal Day is a wonderful time to celebrate Canada’s diversity.  June 21, 2016 is the 20th anniversary of National Aboriginal Day.

It is a safe free way to complete applications to numerous child care programs in the area. Bruce County residents can complete an online application for child care at Bruce County Child Care and Grey County Residents can apply at Grey County Child Care.

Using the Library

The Public Library is a great place to get to know a community. At the Library, you can borrow books and movies in languages other than English and find resources to help you learn to speak and write English. Libraries offer many free programs and services.
