After a pumpkin is carved and you put a candle inside it is called a jack-o-lantern. It is traditional to place your jack-o-lantern on your doorstep on Halloween night.

Good Food Box
Today I picked up my Good Food Box. This is a large box of fruits and vegetables packed by a group of local volunteers. The box costs me $15. The Good Food Box is a affordable way to eat healthy food. The boxes are affordable because the produce is bought in bulk. The program supports local farmers as they feature seasonal, Ontario-grown products whenever possible. More information about the Grey and Bruce Good Food Box can be found at Good Food Box.
